Since 1989 we have been successfully involved in the motor industry satisfying the demands of customers worldwide, working closely with manufactures who produce a range of high quality products conforming to the most stringent quality world testing standards.

We are a family run company which concentrates on customer service and within the past decades we have earned a reputation for good technical excellence and value for money, we have continued to grow our client base worldwide both for road vehicles and the clubman owner driver.

we are based about 30mins from Silverstone and have steadily grown into suppliers for road, track and race car wheels and accessories.


Our products are delivered by national couriers between 7.00am and 6.00pm to UK mainland addresses.

International deliveries can take anywhere from four too ten days because your items have to be cleared by customs in both countries and this delays your delivery.

Returns Policy:

Returns are accepted within 7 days for any unused items but please inform us of any problems as soon as possible.

Item(s) have to be returned to us in a “as new” re-saleable condition and haven’t been used or fitted, ie tyres haven’t been fitted to wheels, wheels have not been fitted and used on the road, Wheels haven’t been bolted to your vehicle as this removes the lacquer from the wheel, making these wheels unable to be resold.

You must return the item(s) in the same condition it was received in, including original packing, please ensure that the item(s) are packaged to a suitable standard, protecting all surfaces, product packaging is undamaged and hasn't been defaced.

As soon as your returned item has been received and successfully inspected we will refund your item(s) payment via your original payment method.

In the rare event that you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team straight away on or call us.

We aim to resolve any issues you may have quickly and efficiently at no cost to yourself.

You are responsible for the carriage fees for your item(s) unless we have agreed to pay for this.

We cannot accept any item(s) which have been specially ordered and manufactured for you.

All returns are to be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice receipt, which the returned products were invoiced on, proving your legal ownership.

All returns are to be accompanied by a letter stating the reason for returning this item(s)

R&R Alloys are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of suspected faulty or incorrectly ordered or supplied items.

All returns which are not faulty may be subject to a 15% handling charge.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
